I joined DMV in 1995 and for more than a decade now I have enjoyed the challenges of managing the accounting, controlling and financial functions of the U.S. subsidiary. As the company has evolved, so too has my job, and today I am also secretary and treasurer of the corporation.

Among the many principles I have learned during my time with DMV is that successful companies do not stand still. As a company in a highly competitive marketplace, this principle is particularly critical for us.

To that end, DMV offers a fast-paced and exciting environment where management continuously works at re-inventing the company through development of sophisticated management tools. DMV strives to be on the cutting edge with innovative software, hardware and processes. Cost savings, without sacrificing quality or efficiency, are among the key goals that motivate me and my colleagues on a daily basis.

Integrity is another key principle that I have found to be a very positive part of the DMV culture. In dealings with local tax authorities, auditors or our trading partners, the company has put honesty and straightforwardness to the forefront.

The Finance team holds an important role, not only in improving its own internal processes, but also in advising and assisting management in the measurement, evaluation and controlling of major projects and financial programs in general. It is definitely an exciting and rewarding time to work in the Finance team at DMV.
